After announcing the end of her 14-year marriage to Thais Baptista, singer Neném arrived in Rio de Janeiro and showed her followers how she was living the first hours after the separation announcement. She shared posts from a walk through Lapa, where she visited the Temple of Zé Pilintra, and then showed a moment at the beach.
In her social media stories, Neném explained the reason for the trip. "I came to Rio de Janeiro to take care of my spiritual side. We are here in Lapa, this was the whole history of Zé Pilintra. We are from curimba, like me whoever wants to," she said, informing that her ex-wife knew about the trip.
Regarding the end of the marriage, Neném also spoke out on social media. "It's something between me and her. She is upset, I am too," the singer stated, explaining that it was a personal matter between her and Thais Baptista.
The artist also affirmed that there was no infidelity from either party in the relationship. She added that she wasn't at the pagode, making it clear that the purpose of the trip was exclusively spiritual and for self-discovery.
