Shipwreck off Cyprus with 267 people on board, at least seven dead

A shipwreck occurred off the coast of Cyprus with 267 people on board. The incident resulted in at least seven confirmed dead.

Of the people on board, 237 were rescued alive by Cypriot authorities. However, 23 people remain missing after the shipwreck.

Rescue operations are ongoing to locate the remaining missing. Local authorities are coordinating search efforts in the area where the boat sank.
