Two Embraer planes, a company headquartered in São José dos Campos, in the interior of São Paulo, passed very close to the DHL Stadium, in Cape Town, South Africa, during a rugby game on Saturday.
The flight happened while the South African national team faced New Zealand at the South African stadium. The captured images show the planes passing impressively close to the stadium stands.
Embraer is a Brazilian aircraft manufacturer known internationally. The company did not immediately comment on the incident.
The images of the moment the aircraft passed by the stadium were considered frightening by spectators, generating great repercussion on social media.
