University of Coimbra strengthens cooperation with Mozambique

A delegation from the University of Coimbra traveled to Maputo, Mozambique, to strengthen the cooperation ties between the two higher education institutions.

During the visit, the Portuguese delegation signed a cooperation agreement with Eduardo Mondlane University, one of the most prestigious academic institutions in Mozambique.

The UC delegation also participated in the Joaquim Chissano Award ceremony, which distinguishes personalities and organizations for their contribution to peace and development in Africa.

This visit is part of the University of Coimbra's internationalization strategy and the strengthening of its presence on the African continent.
