Iran's leader called on Muslim countries to unite against the United States and Israel. This message comes amid growing tension in the Middle East region.

The appeal was made six months after the start of the war in the Middle East, a period during which hostilities have been escalating between Israel and armed groups in the region.

Iran has been one of the main allies of organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah, and this new appeal represents an effort to strengthen support among Muslim nations against what Tehran considers to be a joint threat from the United States and Israel.
