The Court ordered the seizure of assets of a builder from Sintra. The judicial measure comes as a result of complaints filed by several families who claim to have been defrauded by the contractor's company out of thousands of euros.
According to the affected families, the company promised to build homes using styrofoam blocks coated with concrete. However, the houses were never actually built, leaving customers without both the property and the money invested.
The company's managing partner denies all accusations and rejects all the allegations made against him, maintaining his position despite the legal measures taken against his assets.
The case is the topic of today's investigation on the Saturday Reporter program, airing at 9:40 PM on the NOW channel.
