Alexandre Gomes, 22 years old, is the new leader of JJPP Youth, succeeding in the position Jéssica Teles, current deputy of the party in the Legislative Assembly of Madeira. The change in leadership in the youth structure happens at a moment of renewal within the monarchist party.
Jurist and master's student at the Law Faculty of the University of Coimbra, Alexandre Gomes takes on the leadership with the objective of reinforcing the intervention of young people in regional political life. The young man intends to respond to the proposals and concerns of young people from Madeira.
Among the central axes of his mandate are mobility, housing, higher education, employment and cost of living. These are the main areas he intends to address during his mandate at the head of the youth structure of the party.
