The Quinta das Rosas Social and Health Complex officially opened in Azambuja on Friday, August 28, after years of development. The project had an investment of nine million euros and aims to strengthen the social and health response in the region.
For years, the completion of this infrastructure was described as a project, an ambition and, sometimes, a battle against financial, bureaucratic and administrative obstacles that almost compromised its realization.
The complex opened its doors to welcome people who were waiting for social and health responses, addressing needs that existed in the Azambuja community and surrounding areas.
The opening marks the end of a long development process and the fulfillment of an objective that, for a long time, seemed like only a distant dream.
