TRANCOSO: Municipality Reinforces Support for Music Academy and Creates Discounts for Families

The Municipality of Trancoso will reinforce financial support for the Music Academy of Trancoso, allocating 43,500 euros for the institution's activity in the academic year 2026/2027. This amount represents a significant increase compared to previously granted support.

The increase in municipal support will allow for reducing the costs of music lessons for several families in the municipality. This measure comes within the scope of a cooperation protocol between the Municipality of Trancoso and the Music Academy, which aims to promote access to musical training in the municipality.

The initiative reflects the local authority's commitment to supporting musical education and making these activities more accessible to local residents. The financial reinforcement comes as a response to families' needs and the cultural development of the region.
