The "Castelló se mueve mejor" campaign, promoted by the Ayuntamiento de Castellón through the Mobility Chamber, collected a total of 89 responses through a public consultation process. The final report of this campaign reveals that electric scooters were the main topic of interest and doubts among participants.

Of the 89 surveys collected, 42 responses identified personal mobility vehicles as one of the subjects that generated the most interest or doubts, representing 47.2% of all participants. This percentage demonstrates that electric scooters were the most mentioned topic during the consultation.

The main questions raised by citizens were related to the need for mandatory insurance for these vehicles, the requirement for homologation, vehicle registration, and the applicable traffic regulations. These issues reflect the concerns of users and the general population regarding the regulation of these means of transport in the city.
