The artist will receive this renowned distinction on October 2, when Province Day is celebrated. The ceremony will take place in his hometown, Figueroles, reinforcing the bond between the creator and the territory that saw him born.

Juan Ripollés is a widely recognized artist for his creative work. The Provincial Council of Castellón justifies this distinction as a way of recognizing the value of his artistic expression over the years.
