A driver of a VTC (vehicle for transport with driver) was arrested in Usurbil, in the Basque province of Gipuzkoa, in Spanish Basque Country. The man faces charges of sexual assault and illegal detention.

The victim is a woman who had requested the VTC service to travel to the town of Usurbil. The authorities arrested the driver following the alleged acts committed against this passenger.
