Cyrela Group's real estate companies celebrated National Realtor Day, observed on August 27, with a special program throughout the entire week. The tribute was dedicated to professionals from the Cyrela, Living, and Vivaz brands, who are in daily contact with clients. The initiatives took place at the companies' booths and offices, including activities, dynamics, integration moments, and gift deliveries. The proposal was to bring the celebration closer to the daily routine of realtors and recognize the work of these professionals who accompany clients in one of the most important decisions of their lives: choosing a home. At the Cyrela brand, the program reached the Green Garden, La Galerie, and Escape booths, with relationship-building activities, dynamics, and integration moments among professionals. At Living, the initiatives arrived at the Wellness, Leven, Full Eldorado, and The Grand Residence booths, with a program dedicated to the celebration and recognition of realtors.

Case law emphasizes that these rules establish presumptions of fault and not strict liability, making it essential to document damages, technically identify the source of the water, and prove that measures were taken to recover possession.
