Senac RJ has 78 open positions for hiring instructors in various regions of the state. Interested candidates can apply until next Sunday (30th) through the website www.rj.senac.br/trabalhe-conosco. The opportunities are intended for professionals to teach in technical courses in the areas of Massage Therapy, Financial Control, Human Resources and Personnel Department, Aesthetics, Nursing Technician, Tourism Guide, Marketing and Sales, Logistics and Foreign Trade, Occupational Safety, Optics, Dental Prosthetics, Tax and Fiscal, Inventory and Warehousing, Podiatry, and People Management. The positions are distributed among units in Rio de Janeiro's capital and in cities such as Niterói, Resende, Campos, Macaé, Barra do Piraí, Itaperuna, Santo Antônio de Pádua, Nova Friburgo, Teresópolis, Volta Redonda, and Cabo Frio. Selected candidates will be entitled to benefits such as a 100% discount on Senac courses in the collaborator's area of expertise.

Why is hiring quality IT so difficult in Brazil?

Hiring qualified technology workforce represents one of the main barriers to innovation in Brazilian companies. According to a survey by Ford in partnership with Datafolha, 98% of medium and large corporations face difficulties hiring professionals in the field, with deficits mainly in software engineers (31%) and AI specialists (35%). The amount results from the combination of the French public pension (around 1,200 euros) with the complementary benefit from the Professional Civil Aviation Crew Pension Fund (CRPN), which pays her approximately 1,500 euros monthly. With 40 years of contributions and 32 years at Air France, Laurence managed to meet the conditions necessary to access the full pension without reductions, benefiting from a specific complementary scheme for civil aviation crew in France.
