The Inspectorate-General for Education and Science identified delays in requests for re-evaluation of national exams at 69 public and private schools. IGEC also detected delays in the delivery of exams at 29 schools.
The inspection report was revealed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation. The Ministry had urgently requested an inquiry to IGEC about irregularities committed by schools, both public and private, within the scope of national final exams.
As a result of the conclusions, the Inspectorate recommended opening investigations into the schools where the irregularities were identified. The report aims to determine responsibilities for the failures detected in the national exams process.
