The mayor of Vila-real, José Benlloch, and the councilor for Social Services, Toni Marín, visited on Friday the Summer Respite initiative, on the occasion of its conclusion. The program was developed by Fundació Caixa Rural Vila-real during the school holidays at the La Panderola school facilities.
The closing visit also featured the presence of the general secretary of Fundació Caixa Rural Vila-real, Maria Dolores Parra. This initiative aims to provide respite to families with minors who have special educational needs.
The summer program offers families a monitoring and care service for children during the school holiday period, alleviating the burden that these families typically face. This social support initiative reinforces the municipality's commitment to the most vulnerable sectors of the community.
