Office merger creates new giant with nationwide presence

Two law firms with established operations in Uberlândia, in the Triângulo Mineiro region, have just merged their operations to form a new partnership. The merger involves the firms Reis Advogados and Milward de Azevedo & Mikhail, Sociedade de Advogados, creating the firm Reis, Mikhail, Perissinotto e Millward de Azevedo, headquartered on Avenida Nicomedes Alves dos Santos in Uberlândia.

The new firm brings together over 80 legal professionals and operates in all major legal areas, offering a Full Service model. The client base of the new firm exceeds 100 corporate clients, including trading companies, industries—including multinationals—banks, and cooperatives.

Together, the firms have a sponsored portfolio reaching R$ 25 billion. The operation represents a movement of expansion of legal operations from the interior of Minas Gerais, as, although it maintains its headquarters in Uberlândia, the new firm is already born with experience serving clients in all 27 Brazilian states.
