Civil Protection evaluates response to Carrazeda de Ansiães fire after resident criticism

Civil Protection is evaluating the response to the Carrazeda de Ansiães fire after criticism from local residents. The residents created a movement called "Isto Não Fica Assim" and accuse Civil Protection of not knowing the terrain where firefighting operations were taking place. The movement also points out that the authorities may have used a "let it burn" policy during the fire. The petition created by the movement is intended to be delivered to the Minister of Internal Administration next week.
