A 6-year-old boy was saved after going into respiratory arrest on Thursday night, after drowning in a swimming pool in Orpesa. The child managed to survive thanks to the rapid intervention that allowed the situation to be reversed.

The incident occurred at a swimming pool in the municipality of Orpesa, where the child was playing when the accident happened. The respiratory arrest was reversed in time, avoiding more serious consequences.

The local authorities did not provide more details about the exact circumstances of the drowning or about how the rescue of the minor took place.
