Project Sénior + opens registrations for a new cycle of activities in Vila Real de Santo António

The Sénior + project, aimed at the population over 55 years old in the municipalities of Vila Real de Santo António and Monte Gordo, will start a new cycle of activities on September 22nd. Registrations for the new cycle are now open.

Registration renewals take place between September 1st and 8th, and should be done at the parish councils of Vila Real de Santo António and Monte Gordo. From September 9th onwards, citizens who wish to join the project for the first time can also formalize their registration at the same locations.

Sénior + promotes the regular practice of physical exercise, health promotion, and active aging, contributing to the quality of life of participants. The project is intended for citizens over 55 years of age.

O projeto Sénior +, dirigido à população com mais de 55 anos de Vila Real de Santo António e Monte Gordo, inicia um novo ciclo de atividades a 22 de setembro, estando as renovações de inscrições abertas entre 1 e 8 de setembro e as novas adesões a partir do dia 9.

As renovações devem ser efetuadas nas juntas de freguesia de Vila Real de Santo António e de Monte Gordo. A partir de 9 de setembro, os munícipes que pretendam aderir pela primeira vez ao projeto podem também formalizar a inscrição nos mesmos locais.

Promovido para a população sénior do concelho, o Sénior + procura incentivar a prática regular de exercício físico, a promoção da saúde e de um envelhecimento ativo, contribuindo para a qualidade de vida dos participantes.

O projeto destina-se a munícipes com idade superior a 55 anos e retoma as atividades no dia 22 de setembro.
