PSD spokesperson rejects that Ventura's motion of censure threat weakens the Government

The PSD spokesperson, Sebastião Bugalho, rejected that the threat of a motion of censure presented by André Ventura weakens the Government. In response to journalists, Bugalho stated that "André Ventura needs to stabilize," criticizing the stance of the Chega leader.

Bugalho defended that the houses the Government is delivering are much more important than the threats advanced by Ventura. This position comes following the threat of a motion of censure by Chega against the executive.

The PSD's reaction comes as a way to demonstrate support for the Government and minimize the impact of the threats from the Chega party. The social-democrat spokesperson sought to downplay André Ventura's initiative, focusing on the concrete actions of the executive.
