PJ da Guarda arrests drug trafficking suspect at his doorstep

The Judicial Police (PJ) of Guarda, through the Criminal Investigation Department (DIC), detained on Thursday a man in flagrant delict on suspicion of drug trafficking. The suspect was intercepted at his doorstep by authorities.

The man was preparing to sell hashish pollen in night entertainment venues in the region. At the time of the approach, the suspect voluntarily authorized a home search of his residence.

The operation resulted in the in flagrante arrest of the individual, who was subject to precautionary measures determined by the competent judicial authority.
