Presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro (PL) attended another dinner with about 20 people, including bankers and businessmen, in an attempt to convince the Faria Lima financial community in São Paulo that his candidacy is viable. The meeting repeated the impression left by previous gatherings: the lack of a robust government program, with concrete and detailed proposals for fundamental areas such as spending cuts, containment of public debt growth, and ensuring sustainable economic growth, in addition to topics like public security and education.
The disclosure of conversations in which Flavio asked banker Daniel Vorcaro from Banco Master for money to finance the production of the film "Dark Horse" distanced the politician from the Faria Lima business community. According to interlocutors present at these meetings, the candidate's image was tarnished precisely in the sector that already showed preference for São Paulo Governor Tarcisio de Freitas (Republicanos) to face former President Lula (PT) in the presidential election.
