PSP gives account of 62 accidents, which caused 19 slightly injured

The Public Security Police revealed the data relating to road accident accidentality in the Region between 21 and 27 August. During this period, a total of 62 accidents were registered in the region.

Most of the accidents occurred in the municipality of Funchal, which is the most populous in the region, followed by the municipality of Santa Cruz.

As a result of these accidents, 19 slightly injured were counted, with no record of seriously injured or dead.
