A vehicle driver was robbed by the Rolex Gang in Lisbon this Tuesday. During the robbery, the driver ran over one of the robbers, who died from the injuries.

After the incident, the driver was made a defendant by the authorities. This decision means he was formally considered a suspect in the judicial proceedings.

The Fala Portugal program sought a lawyer to clarify the possible legal consequences for the robbery victim, who ended up killing one of the aggressors during the attempted robbery.
