"Alarmed" coins press: "My war is security"

The president of the Lisbon City Council, Carlos Moedas, changed the tone of his discourse regarding security in the capital, moving from "concerned" to "alarmed". This change in terminology comes at a time of growing tension over the question of public security in the city.
