The Public Prosecutor has filed an accusation against three defendants in the Elevador da Glória accident case. Almost a year after the accident, out of the 16 fatalities, only four families have been compensated. The Elevador da Glória is one of Lisbon's iconic funiculars, and this accident resulted in 16 deaths. The Public Prosecutor's accusation comes almost a year after the tragedy that shook the Portuguese capital.
