'Post-sex glow': why influencer started scheduling sex in her beauty routine

oglobo28 August 2026 at 14:17

Influencer Mel Breia, 24, a candidate from Rio de Janeiro to Miss Bumbum Brasil 2026, started including moments of intimacy in her self-care routine. She began scheduling time for sex after noticing that her skin became more flushed, vibrant and with a different glow after intercourse.

The perception is associated with the so-called "post-sex glow," an effect that Mel noticed approached the results she sought with products and other beauty care. According to her, the skin on her face acquired a healthy appearance that complemented her appearance care routine.

The change in Mel's schedule was motivated by the observation that the effect on her face was similar to what she achieved with products and aesthetic treatments. She came to consider intimacy as part of her beauty habits, in addition to other care she already maintained in her routine.
