Angola managed to raise 155 million dollars from the export of ornamental and industrial rocks in the last four years, between 2021 and 2025. This value represents the results of the country's mineral extractive industry during this period.
The main destinations for Angolan rock exports were China, Spain and Italy. These three countries together represented 89.16% of the total exported value, demonstrating a strong concentration of international trade in these rocks.
China was the largest buyer, followed by Spain and Italy. This dependence on few international markets highlights the need for Angola to diversify its trading partners in the ornamental and industrial rocks sector.
