The Europa League league phase draw is taking place in Monaco, determining the opponents for the Portuguese teams in the competition. Benfica and Torreense already know some of the clubs they will face at this stage of the European competition.
Benfica is one of the Portuguese teams present in the draw, having already confirmed that they will face, among other opponents, AC Milan. The Italian club is now managed by Rúben Amorim, the former Sporting coach who recently moved to Milan.
The Torreense team, another Portuguese representation in this edition of the Europa League, also learned their opponents through this draw being held in the capital of Monaco.
