The Municipality of Castelo Branco launched a public tender for the construction of student housing in the city. The initiative aims to reinforce the supply of affordable beds for displaced students, doctors, and researchers.
The intervention will create 22 rooms, with capacity to accommodate 29 people. The project emerges as a response to the need to guarantee affordable housing for these specific groups.
This measure is part of a broader strategy to enhance the territory and attract population to the interior of the country, through the provision of adequate housing conditions.
