A Russian Aerospace Forces lieutenant colonel died following an explosion when he started the car in St. Petersburg. The incident occurred in a residential area where Russia's Ministry of Defense had acquired a significant portion of the housing for military personnel and their families. Russia's Investigative Committee has already opened a criminal case to investigate the circumstances of the death. Luiz Felipe Gomes da Silva, known as Simba and identified as the main "war puller" of the Red Command, was arrested on Thursday in Duque de Caxias, in Baixada Fluminense, after exchanging gunfire with officers during an integrated operation of the 59th, 60th, and 66th police stations, in addition to the 15th BPM.
