The MEO Kalorama festival starts today, in an edition that promises to mark the music season in Lisbon. The event takes place at Parque da Bela Vista, one of the most emblematic venues in the Portuguese capital for large cultural events.

Before the official opening of doors, the SAPO team went to the location to learn about the facilities and anticipate what awaits the thousands of spectators who usually attend this festival. The visit allowed us to understand the state of preparation of the venue to host the 2026 edition.

Setúbal Municipal Council organizes, throughout the entire month of September, an extensive cultural program to celebrate City Day and the 261st anniversary of poet Bocage's birth, associating this year the Bocage Celebrations with the Centenary of Setúbal as District Capital. The program includes musical performances, exhibitions, theater, workshops, the Língua Terra Festival, the XI Serenata de Fado de Coimbra, the premiere of a community opera, and the Centenary Parade, with free activities and others with tickets at varied prices.
