The case falls within the personal insolvency of this entrepreneur, who is considered one of the biggest debtors of BES. The court is about to close Gama Leão's personal insolvency proceedings, since the available assets are manifestly insufficient to satisfy the existing credits. This situation illustrates the difficulties in asset recovery in proceedings related to the BES collapse, where many creditors are expected to remain unsatisfied.
