The Municipal Council of Alcácer do Sal approved the increase of funds destined for the parish councils of the municipality. The decision represents a doubling of the values previously allocated.

The total amount transferred went from 267,467 euros to 531,442 euros, which corresponds to a significant increase for the parishes of the municipality.

The parish councils are the entities receiving these funds transferred by the municipal council, directly benefiting from this decision. The doubled value aims to reinforce financial support to the parishes of the municipality.
