The Tiramisu World Cup, a competition held in Italy, is seeking amateur jurors to join the evaluation of its upcoming edition. The event, which celebrates its tenth anniversary in 2026, needs 130 people to serve as official tasters in the initial rounds of the competition, which will be held in Treviso, in the north of the country.
Applications for the public jury are open to interested parties from anywhere in the world. To participate, candidates need to pass an online test consisting of 15 questions, which will be available starting at 10:00 AM on September 12. The questionnaire covers everything from the history and culture of the dessert to the official rules of the competition and peculiarities of the Treviso region.
The selected participants will serve as jurors on October 9 and 10, when they will evaluate the traditional and creative interpretations of tiramisu, prepared live by the competitors. Francesco Redi is the founder and organizer of the Tiramisu World Cup.
