TV Globo conducted a series of daily interviews with presidential candidates throughout this week, broadcast live after the Jornal Nacional. Until Saturday, the six highest-placed candidates in the latest Quaest poll were questioned by journalists Renata Vasconcellos and César Tralli.
On Thursday, the current president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) took part in the interview. This interview is part of the network's cycle of conversations with the main presidential candidates.
GLOBO's columnists evaluated the president's performance as "firm," "with ease," and "exalted at times." The average grade given to the candidate was 3, on a scale of 1 to 5, where higher numbers indicate better performance.
The final grade for each interviewee is calculated from the average of the scores given individually by each GLOBO columnist who followed the interview.
