Fires in Vouzela and Valpaços recognized as natural disaster

The Council of Ministers recognized as a natural catastrophe the rural fires that affected parishes in the municipalities of Vouzela and Valpaços, occurring between July 2 and 7 and between July 28 and August 2, 2026. This decision allows for the activation of support aimed at restoring the productive potential of agricultural holdings damaged by the fires.
