Police identify fifth suspect in beating of cyclist who died in Copacabana, Rio

Police identified the fifth suspect in the assaults that resulted in the death of cyclist Cláudio Rafael Landeiro in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. Wellington Luiz Santos de Souza, who has several prior arrests for crimes such as drug trafficking, bodily injury, and threats, was sought at his address in São Conrado, but was not found and is now considered a fugitive.
