Floods in Nepal kill at least eight people and leave hundreds missing

Sudden floods in Nepal killed at least eight people and left hundreds missing, after a sharp rise in the Trishuli river waters caused by a large volume of water that entered from the Bhote Koshi, coming from the Tibetan side. The floods left streets covered in mud and debris, causing significant damage to villages, roads and infrastructure in the Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading districts, in the central region of the country.
