ALFA PENDULAR AND INTERCITIES TRAIN BAR WORKERS ON STRIKE

Workers from the bars of Alfa Pendular and Intercidades trains will start a new strike from Monday, August 31. The stoppage will be for an indefinite period.

The strike is motivated by the defense of full compliance with the Company Agreement, which the workers consider is not being respected. The workers also protest against the withdrawal of rights they consider to have been won over time.

This new stoppage affects the catering services available on board the Alfa Pendular and Intercidades trains, which are operated by CP - Comboios de Portugal.
