Amadora opens historical heritage to the public in September

The Amadora City Council will open its historical heritage to the public in September. The decision allows visitors to discover locations that were previously inaccessible.

Among the spaces that will be opened, the Roman ruins in the municipality stand out. These archaeological remains represent an important part of the region's history and can now be visited.

In addition to the Roman ruins, the mills of Amadora will also be available for visiting. These traditional structures are part of the local heritage and reflect the historical economic activity of the area.

With this initiative, the council aims to enhance and promote the historical heritage of Amadora, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to explore the cultural richness of the municipality.
