Lousada reinforces municipal works with 11 new vehicles

The Municipality of Lousada reinforced the available means for municipal services with the acquisition of new operational vehicles, including 11 vehicles destined for the municipal works sector. According to the municipality, the new means were acquired to respond more adequately to the current and future demands of the services.
The 11 vehicles are already at the disposal of the municipal works workers. The reinforcement of operational capacity aims to improve the working conditions of the teams that daily develop different interventions in the municipality, providing the services with means more suited to the needs in the field.
Besides the 11 vehicles destined for municipal works, the Municipality also highlights the acquisition of electric vehicles under the Environmental Fund. These vehicles are already at the service of the municipality's technical staff.
The renovation and reinforcement of operational means integrates, according to the Municipality, a strategy of improving technical and human resources, with the objective of increasing the response capacity of municipal services and providing a service increasingly suited to the population of Lousada.

O Município de Lousada reforçou os meios disponíveis para os serviços municipais com a aquisição de novas viaturas operacionais, incluindo 11 veículos destinados ao setor das obras municipais.
De acordo com a autarquia, os novos meios foram adquiridos para responder de forma mais adequada às exigências atuais e futuras dos serviços. As 11 viaturas já estão à disposição dos trabalhadores das obras municipais.
O reforço da capacidade operacional pretende melhorar as condições de trabalho das equipas que desenvolvem diariamente diferentes intervenções no concelho, dotando os serviços de meios mais adequados às necessidades no terreno.
Além das 11 viaturas destinadas às obras municipais, o Município destaca também a aquisição de viaturas elétricas ao abrigo do Fundo Ambiental. Estes veículos já se encontram ao serviço do pessoal técnico da autarquia.
A renovação e reforço dos meios operacionais integra, segundo o Município, uma estratégia de melhoria dos recursos técnicos e humanos, com o objetivo de aumentar a capacidade de resposta dos serviços municipais.
A autarquia afirma que continuará a investir na melhoria das condições e dos recursos disponíveis, tendo como objetivo prestar um serviço cada vez mais adequado à população de Lousada.
