CVP: launches humanitarian appeal to support Nepal's population

The Portuguese Red Cross – CVP – launched a humanitarian appeal to support Nepal's population affected by flash floods that struck the North of the country. The floods caused significant destruction in several regions of the Nepalese territory.

The appeal aims to raise funds to help local communities cope with the devastating effects of the floods, which caused serious material damage and affected thousands of people in the northern region of Nepal.

The Portuguese humanitarian organization is now mobilizing international solidarity to meet the urgent needs of the Nepalese population, at a time when the effects of the floods continue to impact the lives of those affected.

This initiative by the Portuguese Red Cross comes as an immediate response to the natural disaster affecting Northern Nepal, intending to provide humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable populations affected by this disaster.
