Chris Evans sold his mansion in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, for $5.38 million (about R$28.7 million), over $1 million below the last asking price. The property had returned to the market in June for $6.39 million, after originally being listed at $6.99 million in May 2025.

The actor bought the house in 2013 for $3.52 million, two years after debuting as Captain America on the big screen. Built in the 1940s, the modernist ranch-style residence has about 427 square meters and sits on a lot of approximately 3,000 square meters.

The property is located in a secluded area in the Hollywood hills, above Mulholland Drive. During the years Evans lived on the property, the house underwent a series of renovations and took on the air of a luxury retreat.
