EXPOMOR highlights the role of women farmers in the rural world

The EXPOMOR 2026 will take place from September 2 to 7 in Montemor-o-Novo, in the district of Évora, with the central theme of the role of women in the agricultural sector and the rural world.

The event will screen 14 video reports that give voice to women farmers from various regions of Portugal and Spain, showing their experiences and contributions to agricultural activity.

The photography exhibition 'Roots of Woman – Seeds of Future' will also be on display, which aims to showcase and value the role of women in agriculture in Portugal.

The 2026 edition of EXPOMOR thus aims to highlight the importance of women farmers and their contribution to the rural world, both nationally and cross-border.
