Kaique was officially presented as a reinforcement for Sporting in the goalkeeper position. The Brazilian goalkeeper arrives at the Lions' club to compete directly with Rui Silva for the starting spot in goal.

The Brazilian was signed to be an alternative to the current owner of the Lions' goal, thus establishing a competition for the number one position in the Alvalade team. This competition comes following Sporting's need to strengthen the team's back line.

Kaique, from Brazil, brings with him the experience accumulated in Brazilian football and now faces the challenge of establishing himself as the first choice at Sporting, at a club that regularly competes in the main national and European competitions.
