The Union of Northern Teachers (STOP) is promoting a plenary session to decide forms of protest against the demand for repayment of salaries paid in previous years. The decision comes as a response to a measure that affects senior technicians working in schools.
The union considers that this demand represents another injustice against the senior technicians who work in schools. These professionals are being confronted with the obligation to return funds they had received in previous years.
STOP intends to mobilize its members to define protest and pressure strategies against what it classifies as an unjust measure. The plenary session will serve as a forum to debate and approve forms of protest.
