SAPO29 August 2026 at 16:13

Sporting CP announced today the signing of Brazilian goalkeeper Kaique Pereira from Palmeiras. The young goalkeeper, who already had experience in Portugal playing for Farense and Nacional, thus becomes the latest addition to the Lisbon club for the sports season.

Kaique Pereira arrives at Sporting after a career in Brazilian football, where he stood out at Palmeiras, one of the biggest clubs in Brazil. His previous passage through Portuguese clubs already demonstrates some familiarity with European football and the demands of the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

The announcement was made by Sporting through their official channels, confirming the goalkeeper's transfer. This signing is part of the club's strategy to strengthen the goal with a young player with growth potential.
