Experts are questioning the use, by the Minister of Internal Administration, Luís Neves, of a vehicle seized from Rúben Oliveira, known as Xuxas. The issue raises doubts about the legality and appropriateness of this use.

Rúben Oliveira, the known Xuxas, has been imprisoned for more than four years in Monsanto high-security prison in Lisbon. His conviction is related to a drug trafficking case.

The case has returned to the center of much media and political controversy, with specialists questioning the use of seized assets in the context of judicial proceedings that have not yet been concluded. The case in question has not yet become final, meaning it is not yet definitive.
